Every website should have certain pages. These include: a FAQ page, a sincere 'About' page, a Privacy Policy, a Copyright statement, a website Terms & Conditions page, and a contact page.

When building your Wix website, be sure to include a page that answers common questions that a buyer may ask. Having a well done FAQ page can also reduce the number of questions you receive. Here's a list of things to consider for your FAQ page:

     -Shipping costs/times

     -Payment methods

     -Return/Exchange Policy

-Instructions that are specific to your products

     -Additional store policies

All websites should have a Privacy Policy. This page tells customers what you do and don't do with their private information. There are many free websites that will generate a Privacy Policy for you. Here's a few:

     -FreePrivacyPolicy.com

     -Shopify's Free Privacy Policy Generator

     -PrivacyPolicies.com

     -GetTerms.io

Somewhere on your website, you should have a Copyright Statement. This simple statement is usually the copyright symbol (©), the year, and your business name.

On my websites, I usually include this at the bottom. For example: © 2018 by Cutting for Business

Similar to your Privacy Policy, your website Terms & Conditions spell out the terms and conditions of using your website. Again, you can use free generators to get this taken care of. Here's some helpful links:
